- Full mechanically operated tool, attached to top drive quill, and uses control movement of the TDS to rotate and reciprocate the Casing for makeup/breakout operations, hoisting, as well as drilling with casing and cementing operations
CASING RUNNING TOOL (Internal)
- Ability to handle connections from 7” to 20” internally.
- Wireless torque sub with 6-5/8” Pin & Box reg. connector to TDS, with line-of-sight transmission mode, and has the capacity to hoist 450tons load
- Minimal set down weight decreases chances of thread damage
- Eliminates usage of multiple TRS equipment and personnel (Tongs, Fill-and Circulating tool, Power unit, Elevator, stabber, Tong operation) in operation
- Easy rig up time
- Used in combo RIH operation (using tong and CRTi)
TORQUE MONITORING SYSTEM
- The integrity of connections run in clients’ site remains our utmost priority. For this singular reason, we deploy the most advanced torque monitoring systems in measuring torque applied to each joint.
- This is been handled by well trained and qualified personnel with years of experience in oil field
- The torque system will ensure proper connection make up in line with OEM specification
- Detailed report of all connection, which includes graphical, statistical, and summary report of each job is sent to client
- Accessories are duly calibrated by verified and approved third-party companies within industrial specified period.
